Ingredients: 

Jalebi/ Imarti: 5-6 (big)
Fresh Coconut: 1-2 tbsp (scraped) (optional)
Roasted Skinless Peanuts: 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds: 2-3 tbsp
Greek Yogurt: 1 ½ cup
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Rose essence: a drop

Instructions: 

1) Grind jalebi/ emarti with 1-2 tbsp of greek yogurt and fresh coconut into a smooth paste

2) Mix ground jalebi/ imarti with the rest of the yogurt, sugar, essence, pomegranate and roasted peanuts

3) Add more sugar if desired

 

Common Mistakes: 

Do not add excess of sugar as jalebi/ imarti contains excess sugar 

Tips: 

1) Use almond flakes in place of peanuts for rich flavor

2) Skip coconut if you dislike the taste

3) Add chopped Apple and/or Banana in addition to pomegranate for fruit raita

 

Alternative Ingredients: 

Substitute roasted peanuts with sliced almonds

Bonus: 

Serve chilled as dessert or as sweet raita with meal
